Coffee Fudge Pie Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
1 Chocolate Graham Crust
2 teaspoons Instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon Boiling water
3/4 cup Fat-free fudge sauce -- divided
4 cups Low Fat Latte ice cream -- softened
Directions:
Place crust in freezer while preparing rest of the pie.
Combine coffee granules and boiling water in a small bowl; stir until coffee dissolves. Add 3 Tbs hot-fudge topping, stir well and set aside.
Put softened ice cream in a chilled bowl. Stir in remaining fudge sauce. Spoon into chilled pie shell. Freeze for 30 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and continue to freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
Serve with fudge topping mixture.
