Roasting Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2 cups
Ingredients:
2 cups seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon margarine or oil, melted
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Separate the fiber from pumpkin or squash seeds. DO NOT wash seeds. Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees until crisp and brown. Stir often to brown evenly
