Popcorn Cake Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
16 ounces Marshmallows
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Oil
16 cups Popped popcorn
12 ounces Salted peanuts
1/2 cup candy coated milk chocolate pieces
Directions:
In large saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallows, butter and oil; stir constantly until marshmallows are melted. Place popcorn and peanuts in a very large bowl; stir in marshmallow mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Press popcorn mixture into a greased 10" tube or Bundt pan; pack firmly. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set. Unmold onto serving pan. Decorate as desired. You can fill the center of the cake with gumballs, jellybeans, etc.
