Peppered Tortilla Chips - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive or cooking oil
4 flour tortillas (8-inch size)

directions

In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt and pepper. Brush oil over tortillas and sprinkle with paprika mixture.

Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Spread on an ungreased 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until chips are crisp and edges are lightly browned.

Serve with salsa.
