Spinach Pesto Dip Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup packed frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
black pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all in food processor until blended. Chill several hours. Serve with crackers.
