Cold Spinach Dip
1 package (10 ounce size) spinach, cooked, chopped and drained
1 cup water chestnuts, chopped and drained
1 package vegetable soup mix
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces sour cream
Mix all ingredients and place in a sealed container. Refrigerate for 2 days. Serve on crackers.

I serve it in a bread bowl usually because I think bread dippers go best with it but buttery crackers work well too. Nov 16, 2010 Katie I always use the Leek Soup mix, people always loved when I make it. I think the leek soup gives it a better flavor than the veggie. You be the judge!
