ingredients

1 package (10 ounce size) spinach, cooked, chopped and drained
1 cup water chestnuts, chopped and drained
1 package vegetable soup mix
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces sour cream

directions

Mix all ingredients and place in a sealed container. Refrigerate for 2 days. Serve on crackers.

My favorite recepy. I lost it and am glad to find it again.
Great with pumpernikel bread. Hollow out the bread and put the dip in centre, use pieces of bread as dippers and then eat the bowl. Yum! Yum!
