Ingredients:
1 cup shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend
1/4 cup lemon yogurt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
5 grand-sized flaky-layer-style refrigerated biscuits
2 1/2 teaspoons raspberry jam

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl, combine cheese and yogurt; set aside. Place sugar in a saucer. Dip top of each biscuit into sugar, and place, sugar-side up, on a baking sheet.

Press each biscuit firmly with a flat-bottomed small glass, 2-inches in diameter, making a deep depression. Spoon cheese mixture evenly into biscuits.

With the back of a teaspoon, make an indentation in each mound of cheese filling; place 1/2 teaspoon raspberry jam into each indentation. Bake 13-15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove immediately to a rack to cool.
