Chocolate Glazed Eclairs Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs
6 ounces vanilla pudding
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup semisweet chips
1 tablespoon corn syrup
Directions:
Combine pudding, vanilla, and whipped cream. Cover with saran wrap on its surface and refrigerate.
Heat to 375. Boil water, salt, and butter. Stir in flour. Cool 5 minutes. Add eggs, beat vigorously.
Shape into eclairs, bake 40 minutes. Cut slit and bake 10 minutes more.
Cool and fill. Drizzle with chips melted with corn syrup.
