Ingredients:
1 Meaty turkey carcass -- cut up
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1 Bay leaf
2 cups Cabbage -- shredded
14 ounces Stewed tomatoes -- cut up
15 ounces Great northern beans -- drained
15 ounces Garbanzo beans -- drained
1 large Onion -- chopped
1 clove garlic -- minced
1/4 cup Snipped parsley
1 teaspoon Dried basil -- crushed

Directions:

Combine turkey, bouillon, bay leaf, and 7 cups water. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 1 hour.

Remove turkey carcass; cool. Remove meat from bones and chop. Discard bones. Strain broth. Return broth and turkey to pan. Stir in cabbage, undrained tomatoes, beans, onion, garlic, parsley, basil, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 25-30 minutes.
