Ingredients:
2 pounds yellow squash
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
***Butter Crumbs***
1/4 stick melted butter
1/3 cup bread crumbs

Directions:

Slice squash, steam cook until tender, mash slightly. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients - except butter crumbs.

Taste for seasoning. Put in buttered 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes - then add buttered crumbs and bake until it browns.

BUTTERED CRUMBS: Mix in a bowl.
