1 pound ground beef
5 tablespoons steak sauce, divided
4 teaspoons coarsely cracked pepper, divided
4 Kaiser rolls, split
4 slices tomato
In medium bowl, combine ground beef, 3 Tbs. steak sauce and 1 ts. pepper; shape mixture into patties. Brush patties with remaining steak sauce; coat with remaining pepper.
Grill burgers over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center (160 degrees F).
Top each roll bottom with burger, tomato slice and roll top. Serve at once.
