Ingredients:
15 ounces Garbanzo Beans, Canned
4 Cloves Garlic
5 tablespoons Lemon Juice
5 tablespoons Tahini
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions:

Rinse and drain the beans. Mix ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl and let sit for about 5 minutes. Puree in food processor until very smooth.
