Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix, including oil, water and eggs specified on the package
4 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 pint whipping cream

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 inch by 9 inch cake pan.

In a large bowl, mix and prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into cake pan. Top with Rhubarb. Sprinkle with sugar. Pour cream over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm. store in refrigerator.
