Serves/Makes:   3 cups

  

Ingredients:
1 pound snow crab meat, thawed if necessary
6 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
2 teaspoons ground pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped shallots
1/2 cup chopped spinach - fresh or frozen

Directions:

Shred crab into a medium saucepan. Add artichoke hearts, beans, cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, shallots and spinach. Bring to a slow boil over medium-low heat, stirring often to keep mixture smooth. Serve warm.
