Ingredients:
1 cup Mayonnaise
8 ounces Cheddar cheese; shredded
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese; shredded
4 ounces Mushrooms; sliced
14 ounces Artichoke hearts; chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; grated

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients, except 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Spread in a 8x11-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes. Serve it with Ritz crackers.

Variation: Spread on bagel halves and broil until bubbly and golden.
