Jack-O-Lantern Cheese Ball Recipe

Combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pumpkin, preserves, allspice and nutmeg until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Shape mixture into a pumpkin shape and set on a plate.

Cut eyes and a jagged mouth shape out of the rye bread and press onto the side of the pumpkin. Stick the pretzel piece in the top as a stem. Use a knife to draw lines down the sides of the pumpkin. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate until 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
