Zesty Herb Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lemon, grated zest of
1 tablespoon ground mace
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves -- crushed
1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves -- crushed
1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves -- crushed
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate in covered container.
To use, sprinkle as desired over meat, poultry, or fish before broiling or baking.
