ingredients
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
directions
Spoon herbs into center of a 6-inch double layered cheesecloth square. Gather cloth together to form a little bundle and tie off with kitchen twine or decorative ribbon, for a gift.
Store in a glass jar, if making several at a time.
Toss packet into stews and soups to flavor.
