Ingredients:
4 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon ground oregano
1 tablespoon ground thyme
1 tablespoon table salt

Directions:

Rub fish filet (steak, pork chop, chicken piece, large shrimp, anything you want) with oil or butter. Sprinkle with or rub in (depending how hot-spicy you want it) mixed spices. Cook quickly on both sides in hot seasoned iron skillet. Reduce heat until cooked through slowly.
