ingredients
1 cup cooked lobster meat
1/4 cup French salad dressing
1 cup finely chopped celery (may use less)
1/2 cup good mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dry sherry, optional
finely cut lettuce
directions
Marinate lobster meat in French dressing. Add celery, mayonnaise and sherry, if using. Mix lightly and chill, making sure lobster chunks are kept as whole as possible.
Serve on finely cut lettuce.
