Deviled Chicken Fricassee Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Sweet Red Pepper
1 Chopped Red Onion
1 can (15 oz) Corn, drained
1/4 teaspoon Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Parsley
1 Hot Pepper (opt)
Directions:
Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile wash and core the red and green peppers and cut into strips. Add the remaining vegetables and herbs to the chicken. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with diced hot pepper, if desired, and serve on a bed of noodles or rice.
