Ingredients:
1 can (46 ounce size) tomato juice cocktail
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Snipped chives, if desired

Directions:

Heat all ingredients except chives in medium-sized saucepan over low heat until hot. To serve, pour into mugs and sprinkle with chives.

Option: Stir all ingredients together except chives, chill until serving and serve sprinkled with chives.
