Ingredients:
1 package (3 oz size) cherry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold orange juice
1 cup peeled and diced apple
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

In a bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add juice and chill till partially set.

Stir in apples and celery and nuts. Chill until firm.
