Carnival Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package (3-oz size) strawberry jell-o
1 package (8-oz size) cottage cheese, small curd
1 package (10-oz size) frozen strawberries; sliced, thawed
1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can (11-oz size) mandarin orange segments, drained
Directions:
In a medium bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cottage cheese. Stir in strawberries with syrup. Gently stir in marshmallows, whipped topping and orange segments until blended.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
