Ingredients:
1 package (3 oz. size) packed orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 dash salt
3/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup chopped cantaloupe
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 package (3 oz. size) cream cheese -- softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin and salt in the boiling water. Stir in the cold water and lemon juice. Chill half the gelatin mixture until thick.

Fold in cantaloupe, celery and almonds. Pour into 1-quart mold; chill until set.

Mix remaining half of gelatin mixture with cream cheese and mayonnaise. Spread over congealed layer. Chill until set.

Unmold onto serving plate.
