Ingredients:
2 small pkg. apricot Jello.
2 cups hot water
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 cups cold water
1 (8-10 oz) can crushed pineapple
2 mashed bananas
***TOPPING:***
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 package prepared Dream Whip.

Directions:

Add 2 cups hot water. Stir. Add 1 cup miniature marshmallows. Add 2 cups cold water. Add no. 10 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice). Add 2 mashed bananas. Mix well. Set in a 9 x 13 pan (or Tupperware lunchmeat keeper).

Topping:

Spread over solid Jello. Beat 1 egg, add 2 tablespoons flour, add 1/2 cup sugar, add 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Cook until thick. Add 2 tablespoons butter, add 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (stir until dissolved). Chill completely. Then fold in 1 package prepared Dream Whip.
