1 1/2 cup warm milk
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cup grated Velveeta cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
3 eggs
1 cup cooked macaroni pasta

directions

Pour milk over soft bread crumbs in a large bowl. Add melted butter. Add grated melted cheese, salt and pepper, then mix. Add slightly beaten egg and macaroni.

Pour in a greased 9 x 9 inch shallow pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F, remove and add slices of cheese. Return to oven until cheese has melted.

    Good recipe, but the list of ingredients doesn't mention the cheese slices mentioned in the instructions. What kind of cheese? Velveeta? How many? How thick?
