Ingredients:
3 cups Macaroni -- cooked al dente
1 tablespoon Melted butter
2 cups Evaporated milk
3 cups velveeta cheese -- cubed
1/4 cup Green pepper -- finely chopped
1/4 cup Onion -- finely chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Pour into a greased crock pot. Cover; cook on high for 2 1/2 - 3 hours stirring occasionally.
