Macaroni & Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I use sharp)
paprika (optional)
Directions:
Cook macaroni and drain, in sauce pan melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper, add milk all at once, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in one cup of cheese till melted. Combine macaroni and cheese sauce, turn into a 1-1/2 qt. butter casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. I sprinkle a little paprika over the cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 30 mins.
