ingredients
1 cup milk
3/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1 container (8 ounce size) sour cream
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces cooked elbow macaroni
1/2 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
directions
Combine milk and Gorgonzola cheese in a large saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts. Stir in sour cream and pepper; add pasta, stirring to coat.
Pour into a lightly greased shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and butter; sprinkle over pasta mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
