Ingredients:
2 cucumbers - sliced thin
2 large ripe tomatoes - cut in wedges
2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons Kalamata olives - pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (or more as desired)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons dried oregano

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Let stand 20 minutes, then toss and serve.
