Easy and cheesy! Broccoli cheese soup makes a delicious and simple sauce slow cooked with chicken and served with pasta.

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 cans (10 ounce size) broccoli and cheese soup
2 cups milk
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
uncooked egg or spaghetti noodles, as desired
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in the crock pot.
Combine the soup, milk, onion, salt, basil, and black pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the chicken and stir gently.
Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 30 minutes then reduce the heat to low and cook for 1-2 more hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain well. Stir into the chicken mixture during the last 15 minutes of cooking time. Serve hot.
