Ingredients:
1 can (15-oz. size) low-fat turkey chili with beans
1 can (7-oz. size) low-sodium whole-kernel corn, drained
6 reduced-fat beef hot dogs, cooked according to the package directions
1 can (7-oz. size) sauerkraut, drained
6 warmed hot dog buns
Directions:
In a small saucepan, heat the chili and corn for 5 to 8 minutes.
Slap the dogs into buns. Slop an equal amount of the chili mix and the sauerkraut onto each dog.
