Stuffed Frankfurters Recipe

Ingredients:
4 frankfurters
mustard
1 slice american cheese cut in 4 strips
8 tablespoons sauerkraut
4 strips bacon
4 frankfurter rolls
Directions:
Slit frankfurters lengthwise to make a pocket. Brush with mustard. Place a strip of cheese and 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut in each slit. Wrap a strip of bacon spiral fashion around each hot dog; fasten with toothpicks. Grill over hot coals until bacon is crisp. Serve on frankfurter rolls.
