Cheese Dog Casserole Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 tablespoons minced green pepper
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups cooked noodles
2 cups diced hot dogs
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
3/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
3/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F degrees.
Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. Add hot dogs, curry, salt and noodles, then 1/2 cup grated cheese. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Top with 1/4 cup grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
