ingredients

1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 ounces each), cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 medium onion, sliced 1/4-inch
1 medium tomato, cut into 12 wedges, halved crosswise
8 flour tortillas (8-inch size), warmed

directions

In small bowl stir together the first 5 ingredients. Pat onto chicken strips, and let stand at room temperature 10 to 12 minutes.

In large skillet heat oil and add chicken. Cook over medium heat, until chicken is no longer pink about 5 to 8 minutes.

Add green pepper and onion and cook until vegetables are crisply tender. Add tomatoes and cook for another 1 minute or so. Spread chicken mixture onto warmed tortillas.
