Poppyseed Yardbird
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons poppyseed
1 ounce sour cream
2 cans (10 3/4 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
3 tubes Ritz crackers
2 sticks melted butter
2 packages chicken breasts
DIRECTIONS:
Cook chicken and cut into bite size chunks. Crush Ritz crackers. Mix crackers, poppyseed and butter. Reserve 1 1/4 cup.
Press remainder into rectangle casserole dish. Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream thoroughly. Add chicken chunks and mix well. Pour mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle reserved crust over top.
Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
