6 ounces fettuccine or medium noodles, cooked and drained
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen broccoli cuts
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 1/4 cups milk
2 1/4 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, for sauce

Wonderful recipe! I used fettucine that I broke in thirds and used fresh broccoli that I teamed. Followd the rest of the recipe as written. The chicken I used was leftover smoked chicken so I thinkthat added some nice extra flavor too.

This recipe was simple, quick and very well received by the rest of my family. Prep time was at a minimum, and no specialty ingredients made it easy to whip up at the last minute. Thank you very much!!

I made this for my brother-in-laws birthday and we all loved it, even my 2 teen grandsons loved the broccoli.

I will register and you should see more info from me in the future.

Thanks for sharing.
