Broccoli And Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups egg noodles
2 1/2 cups ground chicken breast, cooked
1/2 cup onions -- chopped
3 1/4 cups frozen broccoli cuts -- thawed
1 can (10 3/4 ounce size) low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup swiss cheese -- shredded
1 teaspoon basil
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350F. Prepare a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
In a mixing bowl, combine noodles, chicken, onions, and broccoli. In another mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, cheese, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir in noodle mixture. Pour entire mixture into prepared dish. Bake, covered for 40 minutes.
