Baked Chicken And Broccoli

ingredients
4 chicken breasts, skinned, cut into strips or cubed
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup chopped tomato
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 cup chopped onion
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup dried thyme, crushed
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
directions
Place the chicken in an oiled baking pan. Mix the other ingredients together. Spread the mixture over the chicken. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 425 degrees F for an hour and a half. Remove the aluminum foil 15 minutes before removing the pan from the oven

The cook time is entirely too long. This dish has no flavor, very bland. Dry and unappetizing.
Chicken was burnt after 40 mins. Don't bake for an hour and a half.
