ingredients
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast
3 cups instant white rice
3 cups water
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook in a large skillet oiled with Pam. Add chopped celery, bell peppers, onion and seasonings. When chicken is lightly browned pour in 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Pour in minute rice and bring back to a boil and cover. Turn off the heat and let stand for five minutes.
