Tamale Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 can (15 1/4 ounce size) whole kernel corn -- drained
1 can (14 1/2 ounce size) diced tomatoes -- undrained
1 can (2 1/4 ounce size) sliced ripe olives -- drained
1 envelope chili seasoning
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine the egg, milk and cornmeal until smooth. Add corn, tomatoes, olives, chili seasoning, seasoned salt and beef.
Transfer to a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours and 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
