Grilled Chicken And Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
***Dressing***
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
***Chicken and Pasta***
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 each yellow and green pepper, quartered
1 tomato, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup black olives
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 pound penne, rotini or fusilli pasta, cooked
Directions:
Lightly rub broiling pan with oil; preheat grill to 550 degrees.
In a small bowl, add salt and garlic powder. Whisk in vinegar, pepper and sugar; slowly whisk in oil.
Trim any excess fat from chicken breasts and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Grill peppers until tender and softened, but not charred, about 10 minutes; remove from grill to a plate. Next, grill chicken until tender and juices run clear when meat is pierced, about 10 minutes per side.
Place cooked pasta in a large bowl. Slice chicken and peppers into strips and add to pasta with the tomato wedges, olives and cheese.
Pour dressing over all; toss well and serve.
