Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sherry
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Use as a marinade or in stir fry.
