Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
12 fresh cilantro sprigs, minced
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients together and mix until well blended. Chermoula is a Moroccan marinade for fish dishes but it goes very well with vegetable dishes. It is also mixed with puréed tomatoes to create a delicious sauce for green beans, fava beans, or carrots.
