Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans (15 oz. size) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions:

Cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. or until thick and hot, stirring occasionally.

Use on tacos and burritos or serve over baked potatoes.
