Herb Garlic Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed
In a small saucepan, mix together butter and garlic. When butter melts stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in basil and tarragon.
Serve with vegetables.
