Italian Muffuletta Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup Chopped drained artichoke hearts
1/4 cup Chopped fresh basil
4 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1/2 Loaf crusty Italian Bread
4 Thin slices Italian salami
4 slices tomato
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine artichoke hearts, basil and vinegar; mix well.
Cut bread in half lengthwise. Arrange salami on bottom half of bread; top with artichoke mixture. Top with tomato slices and top half of bread. Cut into thick slices to serve.
