What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!

Classic eggs Benedict served pizza-style. Pizza dough is topped with Hollandaise sauce, Canadian bacon, cheese, and beaten eggs then baked until golden brown.

3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon hot water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup butter, melted and hot
salt and pepper
1 uncooked pizza dough crust (13-inch size)
5 slices Canadian-style bacon, diced
4 eggs, beaten and seasoned with salt and pepper
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
For Hollandaise sauce: combine the yolks, water, and lemon juice in a blender and blend for 1 minute. With the blender running, pour the hot melted butter through the open hole of the lid. (This makes enough sauce for a second pizza or spoon extra over pizza slices.) Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Top the pizza crust with the Hollandaise sauce, Canadian-style bacon, and cheese. Pour the beaten eggs over the cheese. (Since the raw eggs tend to run a little with movement, you may want to use a pizza screen vs. sliding the raw pizza off a pizza peel.)
Bake in preheated 500 degrees F oven on a pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the eggs are cooked.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for 2-3 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
