Sausage Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package breakfast sausage, regular flavor (cooked, crumbled and drained)
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
3 tablespoons sweet red pepper, diced
3 tablespoons green pepper, diced
3 tablespoons yellow pepper, diced
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Separate crescent rolls into eight triangles. Place in an ungreased 12" pizza pan with points toward the center. Press crescent rolls together to form a crust and seal perforations.
Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over crust. Top with potatoes and diced bell peppers. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Combine beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is browned and eggs are set.
